The format for submittals, information regarding the scope of work The County Council is requesting bids for the Dunn Building - Furniture Package 1 and 2 located at 400 W. Stephen Street, Martinsburg WV 25401. In general, the scope consists of supplying, delivering and installing furniture in two departments of the renovated Dunn Building.
