Renovation of a mixed-use development in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Questions concerning the RFP shall be directed only to Ashlee Taylor, at ashlee.taylor@cityofloveland.org. The deadline for questions is 5:00 p.m. (MT), May 25, 2023. All questions and responses will be furnished in an addendum provided to all Proposers no later than 5:00 p.m. Project Background and Purpose: The (5) Baseball Nevco scoreboards and (1) Colorado Time Systems scoreboard at Centennial Park Ballfields are at the end of their useful life. Funding has been identified to replace the scoreboards and controllers. Project Scope Components: The City of Loveland (City), is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, delivery, and installation of 6 scoreboards and controllers at the Centennial Park Ball Fields. Contractor must be able to also provide all warranty work as needed. This is to be a turnkey project and shall include any and all structural adjustments and electrical requirements. The proposal shall include removal and proper disposal of the old scoreboard and components. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to supply the equipment that meets the criteria contained within this RFP, and to install systems in accordance with all applicable national, state, and local codes and laws. SUMMARY A. Section includes: Exterior, single sided, electronic LED baseball/softball scoreboards including control center for complete functional installation.
