Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Trinity Basin Preparatory is soliciting proposals for HVAC replacements at the main school building and gym on its newly acquired Tyler St campus (915 West 9th Street Dallas, TX 75208). Contractor must provide services of an engineer licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. TBP would also like a price for cleaning out the existing ductwork in the building. Scope of work is as follows: HVAC Replacement Area A (Gym) Replace Four 10-ton Carrier units and 2 Exhaust Fans Replace severely rusted & corroded gas piping Area B Replace both units - (1) 8.5 ton and (1) 20-ton Replace Six Exhaust Fans & Curbs Replace all rusted & corroded gas piping Area C Replace Two (2) 40-ton Trane units Replace Two (2) Exhaust Fans and One (1) vent set fan which is severely rusted. Area D - No work required. Per owner this is on hold and will re-bid at a later time and date TBD.
