The work consists of the complete repair of the structure of the roadway including the paving. The work is the subject of a request for financial assistance from the PAVL program - Volet rectification. A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of bonds, in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the "Municipality of Frampton" and reimbursable under conditions, must accompany the tender.
