Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Small Area Paving Project (2023), CRP No. 923005. This project includes all labor, equipment, and materials for repair/repaving of sections of various roads and bridge approaches and decks in unincorporated Whatcom County, Washington. Work includes planing of bituminous or HMA pavement, HMA paving, crack sealing, and pavement markings, and other work, and other work as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
