Bluffview Montessori, invites sealed Construction Bids for a single prime contract to furnish of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Storage Building, 1321 Gilmore Avenue, Winona, MN 55987 according to Construction Documents prepared by OWA Architects, LLC.The Project consists of a new independent storage building of approximately 1,000 square feet. The new building will be constructed north of the existing Bluffview School. The new building will be an independent slab on grade, wood-framed, single-story structure. The building will include insulated sectional doors and insulated hollow metal walk doors, and vinyl windows. Exterior finishes shall include vinyl siding, asphalt shingles. The interior will be finished with painted osb sheathing wainscot and liner panel walls and ceiling. The building shall be non-conditioned and include no plumbing. Electrical work will be design/build by electrical subcontractor and include general power and lighting. Alternates will include omission of building insulation and interior liner panel.F. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner. G. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of Owner.H.
