The Town of Lyman is requesting proposals for the installation of a well for drinking water at the concession stand at the Bunganut Park Sports Field Complex. The Town of Lyman is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Consultants to Provide Earth Work Services to Complete the Scope of Work for the Lyman Bunganut Sports Field Complex. The Intention of This Rfp is to Solicit Responses and Formal Proposals From Qualified Contractors and Select a Single Organization to Provide Services to the Town of Lyman. The Town of Lyman reserves the right to waive any formality and technicality, whichever is deemed best for the interest of the Town. The scope of work is as outlined in this request for proposal. This document does not commit the Town of Lyman to any contract for any service, supply, or subscription whatsoever. The Town of Lyman will not reimburse any information or administrative costs incurred as a result of participation in response to the RFP. All costs associated with response will solely reside at the responding party's expense. All work and equipment required to add drinking water to the existing concession stand. Work to include but not limited to: The drilling of the Well. The required trenching from the Well to the concession stand for power and water lines. The installation of the well pump, pressure tank, wiring, piping, testing and required associated equipment. All equipment will need to be able to be winterized easily.
