Design work is expected to begin on 7/7/23, with a construction start of 12/1/24. Scope ; A/E existing conditions, master planning, schematic design, construction drawings, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout. Estimated Construction Cost $20M, + 10% contingency Time Period for Completed Project 54 months The Cambridge Housing Authority is acting as the development consultant for the Needham Housing Authority on the modernization of Seabeds Way and Captain Robert Cook Drive.
