Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gatineau, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 304,950-square-foot, four-story above grade recreation facility; for site work for a recreation facility; 46,010-square-foot, five-story above grade parking garage; parking garage; and recreation facility.
Construction of a sports complex in Hull. The complex will include A multifunctional complex with a preliminary surface area of approx 28,500 m² including, four North American-sized ice rinks on the ground floor with bleachers on the 2nd floor, two double gymnasiums, a multipurpose room and a multifunctional room on the 3rd floor and a three-lane running track on the edge of the gymnasiums on the 4th floor; A 500-space multi-level parking lot on four floors with a surface area of approx 4,300 m² with sports fields and a green relaxation area on the 5th floor. An aerial link from the 5th floor to the terrace on the 3rd floor of the multifunctional complex. Construction work of the multifunctional complex is estimated at $143M and the multi-level parking lot is estimated at $31M totaling $174M. TIMELINE: Preliminary design is underway. Tender is anticipated in spring/summer, 2026; tender and construction schedules are subject to funding approvals. Further update in early 2026.
