The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to furnish and install two (2) LiftMaster MATDCBB3 BGO Mega Arm Barrier Gate Operator 17' - Pedestal units. Truman Parkway Annapolis, MD 21401 410-260-1263 Victoria.Nellis@mdcourts.gov Bidders shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete the following: a. Provide two (2) LiftMaster MATDCBB3 BGO Mega Arm Barrier Gate Operator 17' - Pedestal units that meet the following specifications: (1) Complete relay interface package, (2) MA028 fourteen (14) foot aluminum arms inclusive of i Padded yellow gate arms, ii MA031 required adapter collars, and iii Extension span of seventeen (17) feet total. (3) Installed with a NPSEL and L5 Loop Detectors, and (4) Functional 24VDC battery backup systems. b. Units shall operate and interface with a programmable Genetec electronic security platform and allow individual activation by: (1) Card reader, (2) Programmable schedule, and (3) Remote switch. c. Installation/Construction shall include: (1) 120 volt electrical and CAT 6 network cabling runs. i None currently exist. (2) Construction of concrete pedestal pads, including: i Two (2) barrier units, ii Two (2) corresponding card readers. (3) All relevant licensing, permits, and inspections shall be obtained by the Successful Bidder. 2. The Successful Bidder shall provide: a. LiftMaster two (2) year manufacturer warranty on units. a. One (1) year full warranty covering both parts and labor, beginning from the date of final acceptance by all stakeholders. 3. At minimum, the installation shall comply with the following standards (as applicable): a. Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) (1) Each cable shall pass BICSI Standard tests (2) Test results shall be provided to the Contract Manager and/or District Court Engineering & Central Services Project Manager (as applicable). b.
