Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 14, 2023, project was awarded to LQ Industries, Inc, awarded amount is $ 623,955.50. Milling of existing roadway surfaces and resurfacing with HMA top course, including adjusting valve boxes, manhole covers, catch basins, epoxy reflectorized pavement markings and other appurtenant work as necessary, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements. No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "BID FOR 2023 ROAD RESURFACING". The Village Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Dobbs Ferry even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
