Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Sioux City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The proposed development of the WITCC Center for Inclusive Excellence shall include selective demolition of masonry walls, concrete floors, ceilings, and openings. The project will require new construction to include metal stud framing and drywall construction, interior finishes including painting, acoustical ceilings, hollow metal framing, carpet, tile, casework, and other materials as noted on the drawings. All required framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work as shown and specified shall be included under this contract. Bid security shall be made payable to Western Iowa Tech Community College and will be held by the Owner. In case the bid is accepted and the Bidder neglects or refuses to enter into contract and furnish bond in accordance there with, the bid security will be forfeited. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
