Reference Number 0000319946 The Town of South Kingstown is seeking qualified, licensed HVAC contractors for a one year service agreement for a period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, with an option of a second and third year. The contractor must be licensed in the State of Rhode Island for all trades within these specifications and will not be allowed to sub-contract any of these services. The contractor will perform Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, automated temperature controls as well as emergency service at a flat rate per hour and at a maximum defined markup for parts and materials throughout the duration of the contract period. A copy of the RI License should be submitted with the bid. Contractor is responsible to familiarize themselves with the Town of South Kingstown's permitting regulations and it is up to them to know when a permit needs to be pulled and to schedule/be available for inspections if the Town deems it necessary when the job is finished. The Town will waive permit fees. The State fees will not be waived.
