Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 6,133-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This project is to build a 6,133 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building located in STR 10-18-14, sharing a parking area with 430 N Pecan Ave and 1700 W Detroit Street. This facility will serve as a vehicle repair shop for the City of Broken Arrow. The project consists of a base bid for the entire perimeter structural system, site demolition and improvements, and utilities to the building. The add alternative 1 will include MEP finish out of the oil/tank storage and vehicle repair shop spaces, and office spaces. Add alternate 2 to complete the interior office, break, toilet, and locker area. Anyone contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed Work who is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part ofthe Plans and Specifications or other Contract Documents or should anything be omitted from the Plans and Specifications and Drawings, which is necessary for a clear understanding ofthe Work or it appears that various instructions are conflicting, then the Bidder should request, in writing, written instructions to clarify such omissions or discrepancies to the Engineering & Construction Department by email at engineering.construction@brokenarrowok.gov or by phone at (918)259-7000 x5414, no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening Bids. Requests for substitution of materials or equipment which require pre-approval must be submitted, along with all necessary signed and sealed plans for said substitutions, to the Engineering & Construction Department by email at engineering,construction@brokenarrowokigov or by phone at (918)259-7000 x5414 no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date. The party submitting such request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. An interpretation ofthe Contract Documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued and copy ofsuch Addendum will be delivered through QuestCDN to each party that received a set ofthe Contract Documents. The City ofBroken Arrow will not be responsible for any other interpretation ofthe Contract Documents.
