Construction of this contract must begin on or about June 19, 2023 and must be completed on or about July 14, 2023. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site meeting on May 24, 2023. Performance and Maintenance Bond, or Letter of Credit equal to 50% of the total tender price, Current and valid WSIB certificate and, General Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy of two million dollars.
