Sealed bids will be accepted to provide the City of Midland with pricing Civic Arena Evaporative Condenser Replacement, per the attached specifications and standard instructions. The City of Midland's is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing evaporative condenser at the Civic Arena. The replacement installation should be a turnkey operation from removal and disposal of the existing equipment to installing and commissioning new equipment. The City shall retain salvage rights for equipment or parts thereof prior to disposal. Any and all associated costs should be included in the bid.
