The Lester J. Berglund Water Treatment Plant Clearwell Replacement Project (WTR0027) includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, products, materials, tools, equipment, and incidental services to construct and make for a fully operational potable water clearwell facility at the City of Poway Lester J. Berglund Water Treatment Plant. The work includes a new clearwell facility with two 4 MG above ground circular prestressed concrete tanks for potable water storage, piping, associated appurtenances, site grading, concrete retaining walls, access road, electrical power, instrumentation, demolition/removal of existing facilities, site security, restoration of softball field, coordination with City for valve closures and shutdowns, and all incidental work as required by the construction drawings and specifications for a complete and operable project.
