Columbia Center Improvements Estimated cost: Over $11,000,000.00 Project Description: Improvements to the District's Columbia Center. Scope includes an elevator addition, restroom renovations, window replacement, roof replacement, new finishes including flooring, ceilings, and paiting, kitchen serving equipment, installation of new fire protection system, plumbing fixture replacement, HVAC replacement, light fixture replacement, new electrical service, low voltage upgrades, and fire alarm system. I. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. J. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. K. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. L. A 100% performance/Payment Bond will be required if awarded the project. M. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission.
