General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 25 % Scope of Work: Provide labor and materials to upgrade the existing PLC-5 software and hardware with new software and hardware. Project Location: Onondaga County Water and Environment Protection, Metropolitan Syracuse Wastewater Treatment Plant, Syracuse, NY 13204. Services to be Provided: 1. Removal of the existing PLC-5 hardware in MUX-5 and MUX-6 and replace it with a comparable Allen Bradley Control Logix hardware to be installed. 2. Convert the existing Allen Bradley PLC-5 program to the new Control Logix PLC (Studio 5000) that will be mounted in MUX-5. 3. Export the Cimplicity SCADA tag database and change the tag addressing to the new Control Logix addressing. 4. Supply new electrical I/O drawings (Autocad and .PDF) for enclosures MUX-5 and MUX-6. 5. Furnish a list for critical spares. 6. Engineering, programming and design. project: M/WBE Utilization Goal (as a minimum % of total $ value of work): 18% MBE 12% WBE 30% Combined MBE/WBE
