Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Project consists of providing a complete sprinkler system for the building. The work includes fire alarm upgrades and a new fire water service.
