1. Construct dumpster enclosure as shown in the attached specifications. 2. Enclosure and gates shall be 8' tall. 3. Additionally, five 4' tall concrete bollards shall be placed inside the enclosure to protect the walls. Evenly spaced across the back. 4. Walls and gates shall be louver style. Powder coated with a matte black finish. 5. Posts shall be powder coated with a black finish. 6. Louver panels shall be as shown in the attached specifications. 7. Concrete slab shall surround enclosure with a 6" border on the sides and back. Slab shall extend 6' past the gate line. Minimum 6" thickness w/ #4 bars @ 24" O.C. each way. 8. Posts shall be set minimum 3'6" into the ground and poured into concrete footing. 9. Gates shall be furnished with drop rods on each gate and a lockable latch similar to the image below. All black in color. 10. Similar to a Corvit double dumpster enclosure by CityScapes. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
