Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Rhineland, Missouri, P.O. Box 428, Rhineland, MO 65069, until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 14th, 2023, and there at said office publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the following: Rhineland Village Park- Grading, ADA parking, ADA sidewalk and pavilion pad installation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. A Prebid walk can be scheduled upon request. Bids must be submitted for the project on the Bid Form bound in the RFP. Bid Envelope must state "Rhineland Village Park". Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder must carefully consider specific contract requirements, including: conditions of employment to be observed; Non-Segregated Facilities; Section 109; and Executive Order 11246.
