The provisions set forth below outline the channels of responsibility for fire prevention and suppression activities and establish an attack procedure for fires within the special use site. The authorized area is delineated by a map in the permit/lease. The provisions set forth below also specify conditions under which activities under authorization will be curtailed or shut down. See Section 5, Reporting All Wildfires below, should a fire occur. All fire protection standards must be accomplished by the beginning of fire season unless otherwise agreed too, and then maintained throughout the fire season. Bids submitted by firms who have not participated in the Pre-bid Meeting will be disqualified. State Contractor's Class B License is required. Construction estimate is $869,000. Copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Project and Facilities Management Department and shall be made available to any interested party on request. Copies are also included in the Bid Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical errors, discrepancies or informalities of a bid not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest.
