Reference Number 0000319929 Purchase Type Term: 07/01/2023 12:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2025 11:59 PM EDT Question Acceptance Deadline 05/25/2023 10:00 AM EDT The Town of South Kingstown is seeking sealed bids for Mechanical Service Contracts: Electrical. Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting. The contract term shall be for a period of two years commencing July 1, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2025. Projects of $1,000 or more shall include certified payroll pursuant to the prevailing wage law. Contractors working on RI Prevailing Wage projects must adjust employees' hourly rates every July 1 in accordance with updated Davis Bacon rates. The Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify, protect, save and keep harmless the Town of South Kingstown from any and all loss, cost, damage or exposure arising from the negligent acts or omissions of the Contractor in undertaking this project.
