Site work and paving for a road / highway in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Asphalt replacement and slurry seal on East Stadium Way between Evans Avenue and Stadium Way. Minimal sidewalk and ADA modifications, installation of two new swing gates and 5 stall increased parking expansion. UNR Project#: 17DRPR00787 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2023-384 SPWD Project #: 23-B062 Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 to $350,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Considerations: The location of this project is a high traffic road through campus that will need to be blocked off as well as include detour signage. There are many underground utilities to be aware of. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "June 22, 2023" and shall be fully complete by "October 27, 2023."
