As of June 27, 2023, project was awarded to Onrho Home Improvement, awarded amount is $28,330.53. Hand delivered bids must be delivered to an individual in the Business Office for the Purchasing Department (GPS: 24 Grandview Ave, Middletown).Plans and Specifications may be obtained electronically. Email: purchasing@sunyorange.edu for plans and specs.All bid envelopes/labels must be marked with the BID NUMBER, BID TITLE, Bid Opening Date and Time. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, without the consent of the College. The bidder shall make allowance in the bid for any price increase in labor and materials. Requisitions for work and/or material shall be at the price bid with no additional charges for such increases. Questions Due: Tuesday, May 16, 2023 by 2:00 pm to: purchasing@sunyorange.edu Work hereunder shall be started within five (5) days after the award letter date or as indicated in the specifications. All work schedules must be submitted for review by the Owner, and integrated with all trades on job and the Owner. All materials used in the work shall be of the best grade of their respective kinds for the purpose
