Renovation of a municipal facility in Apex, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Balfour Beatty is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the UNCG Chilled Water Upgrades project We will be accepting prequalifications for upcoming bid packages for General Trades, Underground Chilled Water Piping, Mechanical and Electrical. This project will complete campus chilled water distribution loop by connecting 24" chilled water mains between McIver Plant and South Plant along Stirling Drive and connections to four existing buildings on campus. Similar project experience will be considered during prequalification. Anticipated bid date for all bid packages is November 2023. Submittals for prequalification forms may be hand delivered, mailed, or submitted electronically. Deadline for prequalification is 10 days prior to Bid Date. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications. Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.
