All equipment that provides HVAC is included in this scope. Clean and sanitize all supply and return registers and grills, spray paint if needed. If registers/grills cannot be painted adequately, then they shall be replaced with aluminum registers/grills. Fog all systems utilizing an approved antimicrobial. Provide MSDS of antimicrobial in use with submitted bid. Replace any soiled ceiling tiles around diffusers or other HVAC equipment. CMS will provide ceiling tiles. Documentation and reporting of any unusual findings during cleaning. Provide "Before" and "After" pictures. Label pictures as AHU # or classroom #. Provide thumbnail drive with pictures loaded. Label with school and date service rendered. Have ready when invoice copies are sent. Contractor will be responsible for removing and reinstalling any wiring, (power and control) blower assemblies, ductwork, etc. to gain access to both sides of coils to be cleaned. Report to the Project Manager any units not operable before work starts. Work to include all supply and return ductwork, grills, registers, diffusers and ventilators. Cleaning procedures will include washing the blowers, evaporator coils, water coils (both sides) and drain pans, vacuuming the interior of the air handling unit, connecting ductwork, supply and return registers.
