The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing roof mounted evaporative unit and furnace, and install a new multi-split system with air handler units and heat pump for the Headquarters Building. All work shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
