Any bidder submitting questions shall make reference to a specific RFB number, section, page and item of this solicitation. The construction of two new taxiway connectors, Taxiway J1 and J2, between Taxiway J and Runway 18L-36R, the demolition of a portion of Taxiway C, and the decommissioning of pavement that connects Taxiway F to Runway 36R. The project includes demolition of existing pavement, new asphalt pavement base, new 17" P-501 concrete pavement section, drainage improvements, taxiway lighting and signage, and airfield markings. The project will be constructed in four phases.
