All questions shall be submitted by June 2, 2023, by 2:00 p.m. to allow time for the Project Manager to respond to the questions If the State of Maryland or other regulatory body requires a license or certificate to perform the services required, please provide the copy of license number and date of issuance in submission with other required documentation. A copy must be mailed or faxed. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to replace one gasoline pump at Patapsco Valley State Park Hollofield Area at 8000 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, Howard County, Maryland. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following: Remove one (1) electronic gasoline pump and dispose of off-site. Furnish and install one (1) electronic gasoline pump with cabinet and pedestal to include one (1) hose and nozzle. Furnish and install fourteen (14) 6" Pipe Bollard Sleeves. Remove fifteen (15) Safety Decals and dispose of off-site. Furnish and install fifteen (15) Safety Decals. Work shall be scheduled through and approved by the Project Engineer and the Facility Manager. The Contractor shall perform all work Monday through Friday during the normal hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless approved by the Project Engineer in writing. The contractor shall notify the Project Engineer seven (7) days prior to the start of work. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Project Engineer and the Facility Manager the date of preconstruction conference, the work, and any closures required. The use of the premise by the Contractor is to be limited to specified work areas and approved storage areas. Remove and properly dispose of all excess materials and debris.
