The Planned Industrial Expansion Act, Section 100.300 RSMo., as amended, provides that the existing merchants residents and present businesses shall have the first option to redevelop the area in accordance with the Central Industrial District PIEA General Development Plan as approved by the City Council of Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. Proposals must include: A narrative statement describing the proposed development, architects perspective, drawing or illustrative site plans or sketches, estimated time for development, and a statement of the developer's legal and financial qualifications to undertake and complete the proposed development.
