Newark Community High School District #18 (NCHS #18) requests proposals from companies for parking lot excavation, reconstruction, grading, landscaping, and striping as noted herein. 1.Remove and replace existing lot which includes but not limited to: a. Remove existing 4"+- asphalt (all grindings to be removed offsite) b. Regrade and shape lot to ensure positive drainage - provide a tonnage price for ca6 in case any will be needed to grade and shape the lot. c. Adjust all structures to match the final elevation d. *Proofroll (To be witnessed by aNHS representative) e. New asphalt typical will be 2.5" N50 binder and 1.5" N50 surface f. Stripe lot to final configuration provided 2. Additional parking lot which includes but not limited to: a. Subgrade additional parking area to a depth of 16" (material may be hauled to an onsite location as directed by NHS administration. The material shall be leveled to an acceptable grade with seed and blanket to ensure vegetative growth) b. Stone typical shall be 12" total which will consist of 9" pge or csOl and 3"ca6 c. *Proofroll (To be witnessed by a NHS representative) d. New asphalt typical will be 2.5" N50 binder and 1.5" N50 surface e. Stripe to final configuration provided 3. Landscaping a. All areas disturbed by this project shall be regraded to an acceptable grade to ensure positive drainage. b.
