Renovation of a municipal facility in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: This modernization project will consist of two (2) hydraulic elevators, #5 passenger and #6 service car. All engineering, equipment, labor, and permits required to complete elevator modernization by the bid documents. The elevators will be modernized with new microprocessor controllers, hall stations, car operating panels, door operators, car top controller, seismic rupture valve and cab interiors. The elevator company will act as the general contractor and will provide their proposals utilizing HCS, LLC written specifications.
