As of June 13, 2023 the Concrete Project was awarded to North Farm and Land and no available information for the Electric Project yet. Town of Draper is requesting bids for concrete and/or electrical work for a 50ft x 50ft cement pad and approx. 30ft x 8ft attached sidewalk. Location is adjacent to Draper Fire Dept. Excavation and base gravel was done 2 years ago. Must work with electrician during pour as slab will have 8 recessed flush lighting fixtures and conduit around the perimeter. Electrician to bury cable/conduit, install outdoor switches and lights, and possibly antenna on existing short tower. Town supplies lights. This is not a commercial FAA pad, it is for local fire dept. Bidders must follow specs available from clerk@townofdraperwi.gov Project to be completed by the end of summer. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
