A certificate of insurance will be required by the successful company. Please contact the Superintendent's Office with questions at 574-583-7211. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in part or in whole and to waive any information or irregularities, and to accept the lowest, most responsible and responsive bid, not necessarily the low bid. Furnish the following service for the Twin Lakes School Corporation for twenty-four (24) months starting July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2025. There will be an evaluation after twelve (12) months to evaluate the performance of the contractor. At evaluation Twation Twin Lakes School Corporation may exercise the right to continue or not to continue the next twelve (12) months. Remove all solid waste from all schools in the school corporation. All legal material in dumpster must be taken and any spills when dumping must be cleaned up by removal company. Successful bidder will furnish various hoppers with covers at various schools as per schedule. Front/Top load trash truck is preferred but rear load will be accepted. During the school year hoppers will be emptied according to the schedule below. During the summer months the service schedule will be adjusted. Trash removal must be done between 4:00 am and 9:30 am, with no evening pick-ups, to improve the safety of our students. Twin Lakes School Corporation is a Tobacco Free Campus.
