Renovation of a municipal facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
You are hereby invited to present proposals for solutions for the below listed project: The Monument Roofing System Solution for Aged Roofs on Portions of the Complex. The Monument requires a vendor who has demonstrated experience and expertise in their proposed roofing solution. The Monument is seeking a cost-effective, long term, warranty backed, low maintenance solution to repair our flat roof surfaces. The City anticipates inviting proposers who are determined to be most qualified to participate in interviews. Interviews are tentatively scheduled to be held between June 12, 2023 and June 16, 2023.
