Provide design services for the DFCM and the Capitol Preservation Board at the State Capitol Complex for projects ranging from an estimated $25,000 to $3,500,000 in value. This includes projects that will be funded over a three-year period, in fiscal years 2024-2026 with possible annual extensions through fiscal year 2028. Construction Budget: Construction budgets for these projects have a combined total FLCC estimated at $10,000,000.
