Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 60,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
To remove and replace approximately 60,000 square feet of existing BUR on the Vocational Building and an additional 180 square feet of built up roofing on each of six Guard Towers with new rigid insulation, new single ply membrane, including all flashings and sheet metal.
