Renovation of a library in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Murray State University is seeking an Architect and Engineering firm for renovations to Pogue Library on its Main Campus in Murray, KY. The project includes HVAC upgrades including a new hot water boiler, to disconnect from central steam, and new BAS controls. The renovations will also include replacement of the electrical switchgear. Questions or comments regarding this RFP must be in writing and submitted to the above email address no later than 4:00pm prevailing time on May 12, 2023. The University may investigate the qualifications of any Offeror under consideration, require confirmation of information furnished by an Offeror, require additional evidence of qualifications to perform the work described in this RFP, and request an audited financial statement in order to determine a potential contractor's capabilities. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract for default or convenience as allowed by law. The contract may be terminated by the University immediately upon receiving notice of the failure of the contractor to maintain necessary insurance or licenses.
