This project consists of furnishing materials, labor, and equipment necessary for upgrading the existing electrical equipment within the West High Service Pump Station at the Alexander Orr, Jr. Water Treatment Plant. The upgrades include replacement of the existing high-service pumps and motors, installation of a standalone electrical building, and associated site, electrical, process, mechanical, and structural improvements. The purpose of these upgrades will be to provide renewed pump performance, greater electrical reliability to pump operations, and increase the level of automation of the facility. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful contractor must execute a one hundred (100%) Surety Performance and Payment Bonds. Project Duration: 730 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 790 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 79 Calendar Day Contingency Period. Question Deadline 10/02/2025 at 5:00 AM ET.
