Scope of Work The project consists of but is not limited to, furnishing materials, labor, and equipment necessary for upgrading the existing electrical equipment within the West High Service Pump Station at the Alexander Orr, Jr. Water Treatment Plant (AOWTP). The upgrades include replacement of the existing high-service pump motors, installation of a standalone prefabricated electrical building, and associated site, electrical, process, mechanical, and structural improvements.
