This project involves the replacement of coolers and other mechanical equipment. The scope of work is limited to, without limitation, replacement of three chillers on the roof of wing C with a new chiller on the roof of wing A, including the partial repair of a roof basin and installation of steel reinforcements. The project provides for the replacement of equipment in a mechanical room, including related structural and architectural work. Work schedule The Contractor agrees to take all the necessary measures to respect the planned schedule to start the work on or around 2023-07-03 allowing the issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance no later than: 2024-05 -06 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
