DESCRIPTION OF WORK The City of Alhambras Citywide Utility Paving Project The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals required to complete the improvements shown on the Specifications and Contract Documents. The work performed under this contract is summarized in the Notice Inviting Sealed Bids. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, each bid item listed in the Contractors Bid Proposal, as specified herein, and as described in the corresponding items on the following pages. More specifically, the work to be performed pursuant to these specifications consist of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision; and performing all work necessary to replace approximately 350 linear feet of existing storm drain pipe 36-inch in diameter with curedin place pipe (CIPP) method, repairing sidewalk, and curb opening catch basin in the City of Alhambra Bid Bond 10% The project shall consist of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision; and performing all work necessary to repair 36-inch in diameter and about 350- feet in length of storm drain pipe The City will deduct five percent (5%) retention from all progress payments. LOCATION OF WORK The project locations are outlined in the specifications and other Contract Documents on file at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Alhambra.
