The general contract for replacing approximately 2,700 linear feet of 4-inch PVC or HDPE mainline and 600 linear feet of 2-inch PVC or HDPE mainline, 16 single service connections, 14 double service connections, and valves and appurtenances as noted in the scope of work. Location- 3702 Wesley Loop NW Olympia, WA 98502 The scope of work involves complete replacement of the Country Club Estates water distribution system. Distribution system replacement includes installation of approximately 600 lineal feet of 2- inch, and 2,700 lineal feet of 4-inch water main, along with 16 single services, 13 double services, 2-each meter setter sample stations, 4 each 4-inch valve assemblies, 1 each 2 inch valve assembly, 3 each 2-inch blow off assemblies, and 1 each air vac assemblies as noted in plans and specifications. 4-inch DR 18 AWWA C900 or 2-inch ASTM D2241 SDR 21 (class 200) gasketed PVC pipe shall be used per drawings; alternatively, minimum AWWA C906 SDR11 HDPE pipe may be used. Service assembly replacements shall include replacement of the service laterals. Drilling shall be used under all paved surfaces; open trenching is allowed outside of paved areas but requires full restoration of all public and private improvements.
