The solicitation process, contract and conduct of the work must meet the requirements of the grant agreement between the Owner and the County. The agreement obligates the Owner to certain compliance requirements that if not followed could cause the Owner to not receive the grant proceeds. Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished in the bid package. All bidders must be qualified to perform the work and shall complete the required Bidder Forms contained in the contract documents. This bid is in accordance with the federal Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Act, and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the Davis Bacon Wage Rates determined for the project as stated in the Contract Documents.
