**As of May 19, 2023, this project is currently on hold due to an issue with the owner.** The Perry County Buckhorn School - Flood Damage Renovations project will be bid and constructed utilizing the Construction Management as Constructor form of construction contract delivery. Trace Creek Construction will be the Construction Manager for the project under direct contract with the Perry County Board of Education. The project consists of flood repairs and renovations for the entire K thru 12 school. All contracts for construction will be between Trace Creek Construction and each successful individual bid package contractor.
