Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Riverside, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bids for the 2023 Crack Seal Program will be received by the City of Riverside. The Project shall generally consist of crack sealing pavement and other associated work items. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated contact. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Contact. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County and the City of Riverside, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The bid notice is also available at website under City News and Information on the front page.
