Renovation of a parking garage in Bouton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
We highly recommend online submission of responses and questions. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. DOT is seeking brick column repair where building struck by vehicle. Demo existing block and brick that was struck, salvage existing steel angle, relay new block back up wall with necessary reinforcement, install new closure style bricks to match existing with appropriate brick ties as necessary. Reference attached specifications and pdf with photos and project scope. DOT Estimated Start Date: After July 3, 2023 DOT Estimated End Date: September 1, 2023 This is project is exempt from state sales tax. DOT will coordinate with staff and send you confirmation once the site visit has been scheduled. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
