This is a total small business set-aside construction project. It is to replace base water service service lines consisting of the latest technology and materials available to include any lead-free valves needed on this project in buildings 102, 116, 303, 420 and 900. All of these will also include excavation as described in the SOW. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for exposing, documenting depth, valve size, pipe material and pipe size as stated in the SOW. -The Government requires work to be performed IAW SOW dated Febuary 2023 for Replace Water Service Lines. -Enter price into Section B. -Verbal explanations given before award will NOT be binding.
